1. General Provisions
This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the use of the digital service known as “Global Grant Finder” or "Global Grant Finder AI Assistant" (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
By accessing and using the Service, the user — whether a natural person or legal entity — confirms that they have read, understood, and fully and unequivocally accepted the terms and conditions set forth herein.
If the user does not agree with these terms, they are required to immediately cease using the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1. Global Grant Finder is a digital tool providing strategic analysis, informational guidance, and conceptual orientation regarding non-repayable funding opportunities at national and international levels.
2.2. The Service provides information of a general, informative, and educational nature.
2.3. The Service DOES NOT constitute:

2.4. Use of the Service does not create a mandate, representation, agency, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or any other form of professional legal relationship between the user and the creators, developers, or operators of the Service.
3. No Guarantee of Funding Approval
3.1. Global Grant Finder does not guarantee:
- user eligibility;
- approval of any funding application;
- achievement of a specific score;
- receipt of a specific funding amount;
- execution of a funding contract;
- successful implementation of any project.
3.2. The evaluation and approval process lies exclusively with the funding authorities, over which the Service has no control or influence whatsoever.
4. Full Assumption of Responsibility by the User
4.1. The user declares that all decisions made based on the information provided are taken independently and under their sole responsibility.
4.2. The user bears exclusive responsibility for:
- applying to funding programs;
- the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents;
- compliance with deadlines;
- meeting eligibility criteria;
- project implementation;
- management of funds;
- compliance with contractual obligations.
4.3. The user fully assumes any consequences arising from the use of the information provided, including but not limited to:
- rejection of applications;
- financial losses;
- financial corrections;
- penalties;
- administrative sanctions;
- direct or indirect damages;
- material or non-material losses;
- loss of business opportunities.
5. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Grant Finder and its creators, developers, operators, or affiliates shall not be held liable for:
- errors, omissions, or interpretations of information;
- decisions made by the user;
- results obtained;
- any losses or damages incurred.
5.2. Any potential liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the user for the use of the Service, where applicable.
5.3. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any express or implied warranties.
6. Obligation of Independent Verification
The user is required to:

7. Intellectual Property
The content of the Service, including but not limited to:
- texts;
- analytical structures;
- methodologies;
- formats;
- presentations;
is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent of the rights holders is strictly prohibited.
8. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of the Service does not create a fiduciary relationship. Global Grant Finder is not obligated to act in the exclusive interest of the user and does not assume responsibilities comparable to those of a licensed professional consultant.
9. Modification of Terms
The operator reserves the right to modify this document without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This document shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction determined by the operator of the Service.
Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Explicit Acceptance
By using the Service, the user confirms that they:

- understand the advisory and limited nature of the Service;
- accept full responsibility for their own decisions;
